work needed..

Just started out in Plastering (3 weeks since qualified) have done some private work but need regular work, currently sending out adverts for myself and will see what becomes of this, but like I said would prefer regular work with an established company etc. I live in Cardiff.
If anybody has any tips also on getting started, MUCH APPRECIATED...

getting established is difficult i found try sending a few cvs out to building coumpanys etc you never know
