good morning gents,

Sorry, I'm sure it has been mentioned on here before, but can anyone recommend any stilts? Is it really necessary to spend £300+ on marshalltown or can I get away with a £60 pair?

Thanks in advance for your help

Depends on how often your gonna be on them?....if everyday..spend the money on a good pair(y)...or if not very often..go for a cheap pair...the cheaper ones i had were almost identical to marshaltowns, but heavier..i found they gave me a sore back after a few days on them:(...
hence i have marshaltown ones now?:loco:..

Welcome to the forum,

As mentioned already on here, if using the daily I would invest in a good pair.

We stock the PUTZ Profi-line Stilts made by Instaloo, the are a very good quality, lightweight and can take more weight than most others.

Save yourself a fortune and get some £60 jobbies off ebay. Had mine for 10 years i bet. At one point they were being used 1-2 days a week all day

They must be good if they hold u :loco:

We used to use 2 spots on top of each other. One sideways. Perfect for plastering. Not so perfect for a 15 year old short arse like me and a full bucket of skim
