Tyrol over OCR over tyrol

I've usually sand/cemented over tired tyrolean to make flat before going over with tyrol again but was thinking of spraying OCR instead of the s/c.

Will there be enough suction for the new tyrolean?

Depends on who's ocr?

Parex is water proof. Think Weber is ok.

I was thinking parex at first because I wanted to give a coat of microb first.
