Hi all
Was looking for some advice on a product that we are being asked to use Alsecco Stockleputz Lp
We are on a block work construction new build and there is an additional area over stone.
The supplier has stated to use this product with 6 mm beads and mesh it spat it and treat it as a thin coat.
But the manufacturer data sheet says to put it on 10 - 20mm thick and treat it like one coat renders ( treat problem areas lintels etc with an adhesion promoter, mesh and scratch) then put the render on and rule it meshing high stress areas (openings etc with additional stress patches)
Not using it before we tried it on a garden wall to be fair it went on ok ruled really well and did not slump or slide we then left it overnight to float in the morning as we do this time of year with other One coats
We were floating it next day and noticed blisters appearing Im wondering if anyone else has ever seen this with this particular product or any other OCRs
I’ve used a lot of different OCRs over the years but never seen it before.
Merry Christmas to all
Thanks
