Help with patching up with Tyrolean

Looking for some advice please
My back wall has a tyrolean finish and is painted but some yrs ago
We have had some work done on the rear and have a few area that need to be touched up
Soil pipe was removed and cement filled in the hole
Water sink pipe removed so now there is just cement in the pervious hole
Door was removed and window put in, so underneath is just painted sand a cement
How do I go about preping the areas so that the tyroloean will stick
Can I get a primes to paint on ??
Will it blend over the painted existing finish

Tyrolean finish a repair blends in well. You need to get the mix correct, you will need to do a re dec.

Thankyou what do I need to do to the sections that have masonary paint on them
