I've never tried venetian plastering but would like to give it a go.

Where is a good place to get some stuff to try it out?

Is there much demand for it if I was to add it to my services (once competent)?

Plenty of demand if you can find the right customers. If your lookong to add a string to your bow then I suggest going on a course. There arw places north and south of england. Don't know any in wales though

I think I will get a training dvd. Mike wye do a starter kit with a couple of trowels and material to have a dabble so I think il get that to start. I will go on a course later but with a wedding to pay for its gonna have to wait a bit.

Can you recommend any training dvd's and decent material?

Thanks in advance.

Most materials are decent. Different products are different in thryre own way and yeo similar products from different suppliers may have different application processes. I can't recommend any dvds mate but depending how much that costs for a starter kit it would probably be a waste of money. remember back to when you learnt to plaster. Do you think a dvd would have done the same teaching job?

Dont no if theres much demand down south but theres only 1 guy advertise it in the yellow pages 4 the hole of glasgow
