Cleaning parex render

Hi everyone!
I have come here as I have exhausted my avenues, and her indoors is constantly in my ear!!
PROBLEM CLEANING PAREX????
The bottom half of my outside render parex is going green with green glit and the dog is constantly pissing against it in various places, how the F""K can I get it clean?
I have tried everything watered down bleach, scrubbing brush fairy liquid, waterdown hydrochloride
At my ends whit here wish I had have put a base on it and painted it black!
Parex it's French but basically the same as Weber, used it as it was a chrisper white than the Weber,
If I can get it cleaned and back to white I will seal it, what would I seal it with?
After hours of reading on web and trying different things this is my last stop!
Can anyone help a man out who is getting it every day from Mrs! Txt msg over dinner first thing in morn Head bout to go!!!

or some sort of fungicide

Fungicidal wash and a light power wash, if you have used acid, chances are you have burnt the surface of the render, making it more porous.
Paraguard AG to seal but you might not get it clean enough, in which case paint it.
