He did hardwall one day and multi finish the next day, just noticed the cracking in the morning before he arrived to do the finish

I know, a bit crazy... But he was adamant it was ok.

The brickwork was very dusty when I finished prepping the surface and did a very diluted covering of PVA and water, more to remove the dust. There was also a section of breeze block that I wanted to cover with some PVA to stop the plaster from cracking. The hardwall did actually start cracking...

He charged me £1140 for 4x3 kitchen, plaster board ceiling, and hardwall and plaster walls. He did use a bit of bonding to dub out a few bits but not loads as I used a grinder and level to even out the brickwork.

I challenged him on that and that was his exact answer...

I appreciate your comment, I just used the light to highlight most of it, as there are no lights in the kitchen atm. I was just trying to give you an overall feel for the entire job, ignore the little imperfections here and there, the plaster splatter, the trowel marks, maybe just focus on some...

Yes Tuesday to Thursday and that is what he left me... But no one else, just wanted a second opinion before I speak to the guy about the job.
