I brought a G5 thought was to big and awkarward brought a ritmo m which I loved how small it was and never needed a generator.it come to me getting a mortage and needing money so choose to sell the ritmo which I think is great but the G5 takes some beating lol lot less tempermental I find

Used k1 about a month ago was spot on layed on easy the original k1 I used was awful cracked like you wouldn't believe

Had exactly same problem the grey is even soft the next day really slow set then had pink stuff which is setting like mad

I brought a 14 Nela few months back couldn't get on with it sold to another spread but just brought a 16 now getting on better with it a lot less pressure

You guys using proper k rend accelerator or wickes also what ratio mate

I spoke to k rend today reckon 24-48 hours until priming seems quick to me

Also it will be on a hpx scratch

Hello mate never got your number k1 still ok spray n scrape same day not done much monocouche recently so out of sync with timings tbh

Hello plasterers couple of k rend questions How long does standard uf base need to dry before applying primer ready for Tc 15? I have a small k rend k1 job 25 Sqm would just like to spray and scrape in a day ids there any alternatives to the k rend accelerator I.e wickes?? Cheers for you help...

I use the speedskim to flatten and with the pole is quality for big ceilings especially high ones.i have used the eze spat which I would think would be better for troweling with it but I found flattening brought all water up to surface

Really don't think you can learn a trade in 10 days when my uncle did his apprentiship he was 5 year apprentiship and 2 years as improver before you was a plasterer and to be able to do all the aspects of plastering well I think this is right

But this job was timber frame with a render board I have never done one onto masonry before

We done a gable around 60m2 and used about 8 tubs of 3mm nanopor but it matching a dashed house so I think the 2mm would look better for the job I have to do

Yer 3 or 2 mm would of been fine used a 3mm Baumit one this week but Baumit seems very expensive stuff what backing would you recomend on block work

A mortar lever to stop in dribbling when you switch tp the air off

Worth sticking with mate 100 percent need to cover up but the more you do the tidier you get also I find having a lever on the gun saves loads of mess.i thought about throwing the towel in with it loads when I started wouldn't dream of hawk n trowel now lol

Been using weber today it's definitely slower now but like robbie said get it in early or you will be plugging lights in also we used accelerator to help
