Putz spat way better than speed skim

I've got the same spat and prefer it to the speedskim any day, i find the speedy takes material off, same technique with the spat and its fine, im going to use it through the whole set next week, try and finish with it.

    Nail guns

Which is the problem, the last place you want any movement is at the joint because as soon as it does it becomes weak. Timber expands, contracts and moves along it's length and that's where it needs to be contained. So with a tight joint the movement doesn't weaken the structure or become...

    Nail guns

There's two schools of thought on that , yeah screws are great for repositioning, but nails are quucker and allow a bit more flexibility expansion contraction etc,

Take down or overboard ceiling ???

Is it not sagging because its 12.5mm boards and not got noggins in The noggins are there to prevent deflection and twist in the joists, won't affect your ceiling

    Old quote

I priced a loft conversion to plaster in May, heard nothing till this morning, can i give a date to start as soon as possible? Tbh I'd long given up on it and forgot about it. Is it right for the customer to think it's the same price? materials were on top as they've gone up anyway.
