I'm from Hampshire, don't do big site work. Just do domestic & work for regular builders (extensions & one off developments). I personally don't understand people pricing that sort of work for under £180-£200 a day labour, if you are trying to run a business. I get people round my way pricing...
Same, clamp mine between 12-15 bar before every hardwall spray. Not had any issues since I've started to do this, only when stator is completely shot it comes out wet

I thought that was my problem originally but it wasn't in the end. What have you get your rotor stator clamped upto pressure wise?

Have you sprayed Wetherby products? I.e. There scrim adhesive? I have a ritmo & have done a few things for Wetherby but was worried about spraying it as it needs remixing

Probably the fact all my bigger contracts are float & set. & I do one of new builds for builders, clients who are having 6/7/8 bedroom housing built want the quality. Can't knock the machine, just think hand applying is a better finish
