Speedskim service.

Hi all,
As a fairly recent convert to speedskim, ( 35 years doing it the hard way) I was a bit fed up when one of my sf blades started to de-laminate, steel coming away from the plastic blade.
Anyway gave Scott (supplier)a call expecting a battle , I'd misused it, or mistreated it but he couldn't have been more helpful, there's a newer version of the blade I have and 3 of them are winging there way to me as I type, f.o.c.
Outstanding service, and wether you like the tools or not the back up is first class.
Hope this doesn't come across as an advert, just wanted share news of a bit of good customer service, which seems to be a fairly rare thing these days,
Cheers, Paul.

@Speedskim are a great company and a pleasure to work with :D

got one given to me by a spread ..he was obviously retiring due to the fact it made him soooooooo much money.........he's now using tyzacks an i'm fu@kin lumberd with a length of plastic

Yes I had the same thing happen to 600 speedskim. I had ordered an 1800, and Scott phoned me to say that parcelforce would not deliver because of length (!!!), so after apologising he asked if I had used speedskim before, and my experience with it. Told him the same story as above, and he sent me a new one. Even though he couldn't fufill my order thanks to those fussy b`s at the post office. Top marks to Scott. Great product as well, wish I had though of it.

As we any business you only usually hear the bad situations so it's good to hear when people share stuff like this!
Fair play to speedskim, not had any issues with mine and I haven't changed it for about 2.5 years! I only use to flatten but it's in good nick. Will be buying one soon though.
