Yeah it isnt to far but it is when you car share with the mrs lol like i say very grateful for the offer just after something that bit more local

Who is it mate one of the lads i know gave me a company hes just got on in salford with yesterday so may be the same one ?

Hi i am still looking for any vacancies if any available round liverpool if anyone still hears of anything. thanks

why dont you advertise and try to get some domestics

i have done a few but want to get the experience to do the best job i can for people if that makes sense. i did a level 2 diploma and although a good course its not like doing the work in the real world. i was thinking about just going self employed and learning by myself like u say but struggling for funding to get a van etc thanks for the advice tho all advice is a help.

is that what you did @Lodan Just advertise and go out and do it
Yeah, I only did a 6 week course, then a few weeks with a chap off here who wanted to help me out and been on my own for 6 months now and everything is going well....maybe not the advisable route but I took redundancy from my job and had a family so had to move fast

thanks for the advice, im in a similiar boat i did an evening diploma around my current job and have been wanting to go self employed but like you say with a family the risk of not having a steady wage is a bit risky

Hi just refreshing an old thread if anybody is still after a labourer etc. ive been keeping my eye in and working for freinds and family around my job, but still looking to gain employment with somebody

I read back through the thread and realised you need teaching. I've already got a lad employed and although I need help I don't want to employ another trainee yet.
