Hi Jamie,

Firstly I have to say that Multi isn't the best material to spray. Your better off looking at Knauf MP Finish

We believe the best machine on the market for this and Multi is the M-Tec M100

The M100 was designed to spray multi finish so it's does this very well. You do need to be careful with the setting time of Multi though.

With spraying internally you need to also have the right size job. If your looking for something to spray small rooms or domestic it wouldn't be advisable to go down the machine route

If you would like any more information, please don't hesitate to call me on 01242 236699

We may have someone in your area using the machine as well

Spraying any finish is messy. Too messy for the hassle when u include setup and clean up time. Also I haven't yet seen a Machine of any make that u can stop start spray for a period of time. Gypsum sets. So if u have a gang and want to chuck a tonne on continually and have the man power to trowel it then great. Ul need 3-4 spreads to make it pay.

Thanks I'm open to change products if I can still get a quality finish there would be 4 of us mainly troweling in does any one out there use a m tec 10o and how is it going

Spraying finish is good for a 2 man team or a 2 and 1 gang. I don't spray to get more on just to make the job a lot easier. Kanuf mp finish has a nicer finish then multi. My machine don't mix. But it is easy to clean. All we do is mix up the amount of finish we need and off we go. I still work by hand on small jobs. As my machine is 90kg and not worth it for smaller jobs.

One coat just fill joints and beads out by hand first.
My machine is a lacy mpe250 don't make it anymore. But u can still get parts for it.
