Is it me or are these nela s*p*r*lex trowels like gold dust. Don't think they can make them as quick as the can sell them. Always out of stock. Anyone know best place to get one plasterers1stop out of stock ??? After a "14" s*p*r*lex

We have redesigned them mate and are launching a new one very soon.

They will be back on our shelves and our dealers very soon mate
 
I got a 14 & a 16 couple of weeks ago, I'm guessing the 14 is the one with the poor tape, ( not really used it yet) how do you tell Ryan?
Is the sub standard model the one with the square cornered plate? As my 16 is more rounded plate.......
By plate I mean the part that sticks to the blade

We had a batch in about 2 weeks ago of the new style etc. the new have haven't an improved bond for obvious reasons. Newly shaped bracket, rounded corners and a different grade of Steel. Minor changes but something. Which improves the product all round.

I will be able to tell if you let me know where and when you got it.

Not all the old style have the issue. Out of all sales it's less than 3% with the issue. I wouldn't be worried mate

I got it off Colm at O Neil's, was just wondering that's all as I saw the difference in the two, he did me a deal for the pair as I didn't know which size id want and I did him a turn, but as I say was just wondering
 
I don't beleive Colm has had the bad batch to be fair mate, potentially a few so yours will be fine.

He will get the next ones soon as well. We get the first lot as iv been without for ages!

They are due in anytime mate. Will get an update first thing tomorrow. 100% within 2 weeks
 
Ryan once this new lot come in will that be a steady supply? Been asking for one for over a month now and always the same answer, Out of stock. Had my 14" for months and love it but its very buckled so keen to get ahold of one of the new ones esp as like i said i tried a refina and there shite.

Will gypsum tools be getting any as i can go there if ur going to be out of stock

Refina are as good as nela,so you are wrong there.

Got 18's as well. Brining out a 20" and also some more NELA items....

The reason for the slow deliveries is simply demand. NELA were starting to build a new warehouse but it looks like that's been halted and they are moving to a bigger place altogether. The amount we have coming in is ridiculous so I can only pray stock runs out!

Gypsum are up high on my list for deliveries so they will have them soon mate
 
I ordered a 16 nela s*p*r*lex with gypsum tools on 29 March still not got it rang em up they said they will be with them soon faaaaaaakin Urrry up
