first i would presure wash the old stone dash down which will get rid of any lose stones and clean substrate then check reveals can take 15mm of new render if not these will have to cut back to brick or block then check there are no hollow areasif there are they need to be cut and repaird before...

hi mate the machine is 2001 but u would not think so its only been aspare machine 4us used it a handfull of times 2/3 hours aday its avery clean machine this has not been abussed as ilook after all my machines unlike some pepole out there

this machine has been refurbished totaly at pft northern to many parts to list looks and runs like new and ready for work

a putzmeister p11 or p13 will do the job u need to different types of sand and include lime u can put wallpaper paste throu hoses and collect inbucket to use again the next day these machines will mix :RpS_thumbup:and pump the sand and cement or u can try cpi bagged sand and cement render

far less than with aharling trowel and bucket if your worried about rebound make astrecher up to catch stones and put back in bucket or dashing gun you do this after your top coat then all the stones stay clean

the mesh should be inthe top third of base coat rule base coat with serrated rule then spat the mesh in top third of surface

alot of ulads who run electric machines dont forget to drain down your machine ohterwise you will have prob when going back after frost :RpS_drool:
