Can ya get the nela premiums anywhere in Ireland?

Thanks lads, getting back on the tools tomorrow, been off them for a while. Bit s**t moving somewhere new and no one giving ya a chance to show what your good at:) alls good now though, back to the spreading tomorrow so HAPPY DAYS :)

Hey lads, been a lurker for a few weeks now, getting all your boys tips:) been out of the plastering scene a while now (except some nixors) since I moved to Dublin. But finally getting a start in the morning :)

Iv always. Keyed the plaster with a Stanley. And used pva and Bonding before 2coats of Skim on all re skims. Never used the blue grit. Are you able to coat on the blue grit then just 2 coats of Skim? Would save me a hell of a lot of time.

I went to a job one time wer they thought a plasterer was just sum1 that taped and filled the slabs, most big jobs now is all been boarded and taped! Shame that, soon be plastering a thing of the past :(

New to the group here. Yea I think a plasterer should be able to do skimming and rendering, otherwise he's a skimmer or a renderer. Just my thoughts :)

What's BG? I'm just after finishing a re Skim job and found the same marks happening.
