The only trouble with courses u r only learning in a room with the same temperatures and conditions and no pressure and at the end of it the teacher isn't going to say that u shouldn't bother in the plastering trade I still have problems now sometimes but I get around them they don't teach that
Plastering is all I no really can not retrain when paying a mortgage . The last company I worked 4 in the south east was rob e lee and I enjoyed it do your 35 m float and set go home feel like u have done a days work

Hello mate bit of an unfortunate 1 what sand did u use and was it hot weather the only time i have known it to she'll on s&c is when it's not floated up properly or done in warm weather and has pulled in to quick but I'm sure u would no that as u seem experienced enough
Gyp prime use 4 hard wall I tend to not uses it unless it is supplied . I pulls tight coat over the wall first then apply another coat which will then hold of a bit gives u time to rule
Cheers goody and Alexandra u have just backed up the way I was going to do it feel confident now as I have only ever used these materials a hand full of times on new block work which was 3 inch concrete blocks
6 1'1 can not go wrong sand a cement renders r harder but that's where u learn your skill . But I do like the monocouche s thinking of putting it on my gaff got stone dash on it a the moment
