Window and door revels with K rend

Sorry to ask a stupid question, but, what do you use to get the scratched look from K rend on a small depth window reveal. I can't for the life of me get the scraping tool to do a good job in the reveals. Reveals always looks s**t and the main wall looks lovely.
From a sad disappointed plasterer ........:-(

I use my trowel to scrape it back to flat then I use the scraper,you can use the scraper you have to be delicate and go round in tiny circles. Some people use an angle plane that you can get from refina.you will get the hang of it:RpS_thumbup:

Or try plasterers one stop shop, they may have them too.

Make sure you have enough on to scrape off,if theres not the scraper will catch on the bead making it harder to get a rhythm going with the scraper:RpS_thumbup:

If you hold say a length of 2x2 timber upto your reveal bead then run an angle plane up the timber you'll get a perfect reveal.
