If you hand app, to me, these machines are a no brainer. Why FAFF on with whisk tubs bag humpin etc.

Only thing is a cement mixer will do mono but can these mix machines do site mix ?

Ive got a lotus i been using more and more. Been using it for mixing up adhesive coats and monocouche. It has suited me because you mix only what you need, so for sticking up some mesh beads i press on and it makes me a few kg, then when i am doing the bigger areas i mix up more. If i need a bit to finish a wall before a break or im gonna put some more beads up, again ill just mix up a few kgs, Then at the end of the day i stick the mixing shaft in a tub of water and leave it till the next day.
It saves the messing of gauging water, mixing it up, cleaning the whisk and having a tub of stuff stiffen up in between breaks etc.
Also the apprentice isnt tied up for ages mixing.

pft wales have you got any used ones ? got loads of one coat stuff to do in-between beams and sounds ideal .can you fit a hose onto them so no need to run buckets of water?

what is the eze mix? any links or pictures? also the flotti is alittle to pricey

Hi mate, will check on the Flotti price. As for the EZE Mix, we have no images just yet as it hasn't been officially launched. Will send one over to you if you PM me your number

The Lotus XS can come with a water pump, but to be honest I have never needed use one. This is because the machine is working on 'water flow' not water pressure. So as long as you can get a constant flow of water from a tap, you just need to adjust the water to the flow you need for a mix. If you run from a barrel then you need a water pump.
