So I set up the machine using the pump andy loaned me. But didn't attach to. Machine just let the water run through the pump into the hose and back into the butt. No problems ran fine for ten min ample pressure and volume. Then I attached it to the machine and the pump cut out as the pressure built up as it shud. I removed the the pipe from the inlet to the mixing zone and pressed the water switch on the caddy and it kicked back up and filled three buckets without the float dropping at all. I then attached the pipe back to the mixing zone and remove the cap from the the out let to set the level . I pressed the water switch again and let it run for a while and the float stayed put again. I let the water settle and the replaced the cap once the level was set. Then I pressed the switched for the motor it started up the water in the mixing zone passed through the r& s but then shut off as it didn't kicked up the pump. So I tried it by attaching the airline turning on the comp and then opening the valve on the airline still nothing. Wtf am I just being stupid here sum where I'm doin everything as I did b4 and was spraying no probs.

lee you need to have a refresher course. u know the basic principals so by having a refresher course you could cover things like breakdowns etc and you would understand it all much better than a fresher.
also i didnt understand a word your on about after you connected the water pipe. lol. use spellcheck

Could it be a dodgy connection Lee?

Dno mate wdnt know wer to start looking mate. Ive got a new one on order now. Im gna bring everything home the weekend and have a look again. Im defo gna book a day with lez go through everything. Im probly just being thick

Try it off mains pressure Lee if you can. Sounds like your set ups ok, dont know about the Monojet though mate, is it gravity fed like the Ritmo or starwheel.

May be worth having a training day at Les Lords. You will have to take the whole set up with you but while you are booked in book Les to spend some time on the machine if it requires his services. He will know straight away if there is a fault.take your water butt as well I case that is sucking air in.

Really good points - if you take all the kit you are using PFT will eliminate potential problems. An example is on a previous thread about a G4 having small diam cable, this would be picked up by Les and highlighted as the problem or potential problem for power issues.

Cheers all noted and I am gna go see lez. Once my new water pump shows I'll take every thing up and go from there. I can put any money on it it's sumet I'm doin wrong . I bought the machine of the back of a service by lez so I know that's all gud
