That G4 looks tasty, is that you using it blones? What distance and L/pm does it do in 230 mode? And in 400?

i was spraying. it had 15mts of hose spraying over 20 bar.so maybe we could add some hose for certain materials it has a slimline twister for 230v which pumps 20 litres same as a standard d6 3 twister.
in 400v mode it will pump up to 85lts and over 50 mts
it has a speed control aswell for single phase mode. ideal for roughcasting

how much hose do you think it would it handle in 230v spraying mono / ocr? Do they have a water pump on board?

it did 15 mts there and pressure was at twenty bar so a wetter mix would pump a bit further. i wouldnt like to guess tbh but i will keep testing it. it comes with or without water pump. i prefer without so i only got a power cable and water pipe going to the machine gives more room and easier to move about

It is all things to all machine men. This is how a modern machine should be.

at last!!! first successful day on the ritmo, might only have been 35 bags on an awkward gable but feeling good ! thanks to ian for guiding us thro it, even managed to sort out a water pressure problem for the second time in the day without ringing ian again. things looking up :RpS_thumbsup:

good news. just gimme a ring next time we are spraying and we will do the same again until you feel confident enough to try it on your own.

PS what the boys think now they seen it going properly

I think ive got it now mate, just gotta think it out logicly instead of panicking. im gunna try the next on my own as its all low level now so if im stuck ill ring you mate. It defo saves on the elbow pain, :RpS_thumbup:

Used my Ritmo today and straight away had a problem. No Air!!!

Found the tube on the gun to be totally blocked, not a bit but almost the whole length. Which is odd as it gets cleaned after every use?

Anyway, what I think my other spread had done is rod the air hole first then run water through the machine and pipe/gun. Doing this I reckon the pressure of water backed the render in the gun up the air hole.

Took 40 minutes to get that sorted! But a lesson learned again!
