No I don't sell diesels. Another thing to consider Chris is can you get it repaired locally or quickly. We have PFT dealers around uk. I carry many spares for the electric machines. You're closest dealer is PFT Northern i think.
You can call me if you like tommorow and i will tell you more bout the G5. my numbers on the website. What i am selling is a fully serviced G5 with all the pipes and gun cables etc and a brand new genny. You can go spray straight away with it. Also at our place we can do a days training so you know how to use the machine then you can call us if you need help to get going. The back up is there for you which means you will be hitting the ground running.

Regards material. There are plenty manufacturers that supply direct i.e you can have the pallet delivered to your door or job. Enewall is one. Marmorit. Once you move into machine plastering you widen your network and discover other ways to get you gear rather than your local builders. Maybe some of the bigger buider merchants from the next city over will travel that far. Mine cover 100 miles from base plus if you have a job big enough say 10 pallets your merchant will get them sent direct to site for you to save costs. Perhaps he can order in some k rend e grade or k 1 instead of his usual. they are hand or machine applied so make no odds. talk to the reps

As i have always said it is not the machine Chris it is the back up you will need ,and i know you will get that from these guys ,even after these years i still sometimes have to ring :RpS_blushing: , best of luck

As said depends on what your doing I've got an sp11 and g4 , I've just sold my v2 , 2010 200 odd hours and got 8 grand plus vat as a guide to how much they are.

There's me and two lads, the metreage varies massively sometimes can be 30mtres a day sometimes 70, as it's all private jobs I do hate site work,

Yeh that's what we're doing now but if we could throw 140 metres a day on with a better machine I would rather that, I think I've seen a ritmo in action an weren't very impressed

We average 30m an hour on a half tidy job that's using a 3 phase electric machine, doubt you need a diesel mate especially on domestic stuff, you have to think hard a smaller 240v machine will save you on fuel and is easier to move about but a bit slower, even though it sounds good spraying faster you have to rule vey quick to keep up with the bloke using 3 phase and sometimes tbh I'd prefer a smaller machine and just plod along

Think you may need to do a bit more home work Chris with respect , they are very good machines ,and as for your set up perfect , you could also spray set ,but if you mainly render then g4/g5 imo

We throw 70 by hand a day on so with a machine I think 100 would be realistic, but I really want the machine to make it easier on my joints haha I know what ya saying Keith the disel thing was just because that's what I've used previously, but with all the advice I've received tonight I am thinking a g4/5, we will see how much he is asking tommorrow, it's frustrating now tho because I can't compare prices because there seems to be no prices out there haha he could say 12k an I wunt know if that's expensive or cheap with nothing to compare it to

He will not say that mate ,you can trust him ,he has been around a lot longer then you my friend ,all the machine guys on here have a lot of respect for the pft dealers , hope it works out well for you ,and hopefully we can welcome you in to the dark side :RpS_scared:

If you're doing 70 by hand don't bother you'll be working even harder with a machine you still have to finish it

Christian, all my work is private and a diesel will be hard work. You need room and a lot of private houses have only a drive at best which means pipes galore. More pipes more chance of a blockage, keep the length of pipes to a minimum. Cleaning out will be a nightmare. Where is all the dirty water going to go? Put it in a skip with the hacking off and it will find a way out.

I have a PFT Monojet which is similar to the more modern Ritmo XL. It goes through doorways and you can set it up near to where you are working. also if the property is secure you can leave it in there garage or even a shed. The 3 phrase generator can be as hard to move as they are often around the 200kg mark so you use leads.

As for output the diesel will be too fast on a domestic what with wires and pipes sticking out. I use to use a 6-3 twister but now use a 4-3 twister as it is perfectly fast enough for two spreads.

PFT Monojet, minijet, G4 or G5 will be all you need and parts delivered next day from PFT Northern. You may well even find a Ritmo is sufficent. Just bought one so it will be interesting to compare performance. The 3 phrase though can pump far and high.

Thanks rigsby, yeh I remember cleaning pipes out being a nightmare and all the wasted gear because you can't just pump 3 bags ya need a full hopper really, some jobs I do get are quite big aswell so I need a machine that is able to cope my initial worry was will a none diesel have sufficient power but I think after all the inputs and seeing the videos they will be more than enough for me, as I said I would rather it was overpowers than underpowered so am leaning towards the g4/5 over the ritmo

Yes the 3 phrase Monojet or G series use the same 5.5kw motor and can pump quite high. Highest I have had is about 11m straight up but they can go higher.
