For that price I'd want a lab to come with it to mix the stuff.

Got one of these..

Had a bolt welded onto the end to fit our Makita mixer - mixes skim in no time (the paddle that comes with the Makita is shite).

just out of interest how many of you tip the bag into the water then start mixing??

no i mix the water up first then pour all the dust in before the water stops spinning in the hope it mixes its self:RpS_lol:

pva the walls throw dust all over en ensuring a even coverage then roll water over it sorted mixed on the walls

just one i will say its a nightmare with the uni finish though cos you cnt pva the walls so the dust has nothing to stick to

havent you thought about spraying water on the walls first then??

so then i take it you all tip the bag into the water THEN start mixing?

You have to plug the steam stripper in and a few kettles to get a good build up of condensation on the walls - good to go then :RpS_thumbup:

i find its hard to mix if you tip the bag into the water its alot easier to open the bag and pour it out of the bag into the water

Surely im not the only one who put the water in the bag then mixes it .............:RpS_unsure:

Why do you think BG started putting plastic liners in their bags? Fed up of complaints from plasterers with soggy bags that's why :RpS_thumbup:
