Hemp from the bodyshop is canny gear............bit pricey at £10 a tube like or try LUSH if you have one of those doon sooth.

I use the bodyshop hemp cream about the best I've found I hate wearing gloves at work but sometimes have to give in a few days a week.

Best thing for cracked fingers I find is a little spot of super glue, stops them splitting anymore

I was only thinking of that this week the state my hands have been in I used to use it a lot when I was rock climbing more seriously always kept me going.

what are you doing to get your hands wet?
i do find that handling plasterboard dries my hands out. i know that h and s tells you to use a barrier cream i just cream my hands when i return home.
