Hi all.
Can anyone help. Seen a lot about knauf airless plaster.
Can a pft ritmo L spray it effectively!?
Or would a dedicated sprayer be better say a Graco etc?
Thanks in advance for response.

Hi,

If you are looking to only spray airless then the Graco is better suited.

If you are looking for all round versatility, spraying Mono, Thin coats, Plaster and Airless then I would recommended the EZE 24. The EZE 24 can be used as an airless spray machine as well.

Get a Airless sprayer mate.

We have a ritmo as well as airless sprayers. Both can spray Knauf Airless. The airless spray is much cleaner and quicker.

However if you want to apply Knaufs other pre-mixes then you will need a screw pump unless you get a hydraulic airless which cost a lot and I am unconvinced will spray the likes of Plano quick enough to make it viable

There are a couple of options that work really well with the material, a Graco Mk5 or a Wagner PS39 both with a 531 - 535 nozzles.

Is that QTech any good? Looks very much like a plain version of the Graco Mk5 but for a couple grand less.

It does the job but is no where near as good as the Airlessco or Gracos.

You pay for what you get I suppose.

We only got it as it was £1100+ new off eBay from a company we trust
